A car slowly pulls up and finishes behindhand a long line of other vehicles waiting to cross the US border from Mexico. As a vendor weaves in and around the parked cars, a hetero couple sit and wait for their turn to cross. Cindy (Jenna Foxx), a vibrant all-american school trainee, has just taken her lover, Matthew (Jack Hunter), on a surprise trip to Mexico for his day of birth. They reminisce about their long weekend and how that point of entry was imagined to be the faster route home when a man in uniform unpredictedly knocks on their window. As Cindy rolls it down, maid notices another man (Nick Capra) circling the car and gesturing. Formerly maiden can say anything, the man orders her and her passenger to step out of the vehicle and follow him inside for some routine questions. Matthew looks up at the man in confusion, while Cindy nervously acquiesces and opens the door – urging her admirer to cooperate.
