Once another time, I find myself answering the same question. Why did it take so long to release that episode? Both Ricky and Levi are 2 of our longest service exclusives, and both fan favorites, and after film making this scene. So I shelved that episode with bigger ambitions in mind, but time and logistics prevented a new pairing from happening.
