There’s a aside “tongue-in-cheek” approach to the start of that locker-room scene, with Florian Mraz playing the part of a footballer who’s accosted by his number 1 fan (Jace Reed). The joke, of course, is that Reed clearly doesn’t know where to draw the line in dignity of acquiring his teenaged idol’s signature; and the fact that the performance is filmed POV-style, which perfectly captures Mraz’s blue, puppy-like eyes as that chub looks up into the camera, appears to be merely to emphasise the underlying humour all the greater amount.
